EXPERIENCE
Molly has been a realtor since 2012 and has had her broker's license since 2016. She has always been outgoing and can talk and relate to most people. She worked at a small country club behind the counter as a teen, and as she got older, she stayed in service industry jobs until graduating from college.
Molly believes working with the public was the best education she could have had; you have to learn to navigate different personalities and temperaments, and the goal is always to have a happy and satisfied customer.
ABOUT
Molly is from Osceola, IA and has lived in Byron, IL and Dubuque, IA! She has a Bachelor's in Business Administration and is a wife and mom of three daughters.
WHY REAL ESTATE?
Molly and her family were transferred several times for her husband's job, and she stayed at home raising their young daughters. She was ready to work outside the home, and she loved their agent when they moved to Austin. Molly talked with him about becoming an agent; he owned his own brokerage, and she worked for him until he retired.
FUN FACT
She spends a lot of her time watching her daughters in their activities. Molly also dabbles in coaching if a parent is needed for a team. She currently volunteers and serves on different boards such as Austin Youth Softball and SEMR Member Service Committee. She enjoys playing golf when she can, and she loves listening to music or podcasts, depending on her mood.
